Here are specs for the MT12 from a 1972 EV brochure: Rsponse,40-18;000 Hz; resonance 60 Hz; 8 ohms impedance; EIA sensitivity 46 db. EV recomended bass reflex enclosure dimensions using 3/4 inch plywood (outside dimensions in inches): 31 X 19.5 X16.5 ; duct : 12.5 x 4 x 3.75 deep. I'm going to be acquiring an EV MT1 system consisting of 4 MTL-1's and 8 MTH-1's. I have a few questions regarding the system. 1. I know the MTL's dont go much lower than 50hz, but since there's 4 of them do you think that would help? I do know they are designed to "mutually couple" when used in multiples and placed correctly. 2. Although the Lancaster enclosure is small for the SP12, it was designed for the Wolverine LS12. I am hoping it will still provide a nice sound with the bass port installed. I will know soon enough!
