I found a used one for , compared to 0 new, and installed it. All the roads seem to be pointing back at a major power loss in the main battery junction box, or the GEM. We can rule out the GEM if the problem persists after that, so I'm leaning towards either one of the MAXI fuses being blown, or the battery saver relay stuck open.
