Could anyone direct me to the part of the NEC (2002) that would address breaker boxes turned to junction boxes in a bathroom? I think I have a solution but I don't want to approve something that is really against code.

I just spent an hour reviewing the diagram for better understanding, and noticed that the Starter Solenoid (at the bottom by the starter motor) is mislabeled as the "starter relay", which lives in the junction box. Apparently people weren't sending their J-Box's back to him after he sent out his rebuilt one. Will send out a separate post inquiring about any Northeastern blokes wanting to do some riding and also about any tech session scheduled nearby. J-box was a crappy design, which results in broken solder joints due primarily to thermal cycling, not vibration or "cold" solder joints. (I've done circuit boards for a living, this is not a guess.)The junction/fuse box (J-Box) can develop cracks at some solders joint causing electrical bugs but that is easily repaired with a touch of a hot soldering iron.
