Mounts in the same location as stock brackets. I am assuming they will fit any 99-04 mustang although i only had a 03 cobra to test fit them on. Tried replacing my Kenne Bell heat exchanger with an AFCO Pro-Series heat exchanger for an 03/04 Cobra. The brackets are completely different. Not even.Our 03/04 Cobra front bumper has special mounting brackets that can be used to mount the stock front heat exchanger when using the factory brackets. Light modifications are required to the factory brackets.

For those that already own the AFCO pro-series dual pass heat exchanger (AFC80275NDP) we offer a fan upgrade kit which consists of (2) Spal fans, shroud, wiring harness and all of the necessary parts needed for installation.
